Musclefest at Marine Barracks

Competitors had to carry two dumbbells totaling their body weight for 100 yards. Musclefest is the sixth 2012 Commander's Cup event. Four scheduled events remain this year.

Competitors had to flip the tire without rolling it for a distance of 40 yards for time. Musclefest is the sixth 2012 Commander's Cup event. Four scheduled events remain this year.

  1. these warriors are amazing and have one of the toughest jobs on the earth. They carry the fallen to their last resting place. they do it in 100+ heat, full humidity in full dress blues and not once will you see them faulter. they truely give a Marine the proper respect he deserves on the placement of his resting place. great men who really do have a tough detail, they workout for a reason.
