  2. The second picture looks like some kind of exhaust under the aircraft. I ship out july 8th, can't wait to go. I go to pt once a week and run 3 times a week. I'm good on pushups and sit ups but its the two mile run I've been dieing on. Also what did you do in the corp?

  3. two miles turns into a sprint. don't look at it like you're running a 3 mile run. don't train for distance train for speed. go to a track and run 400's and 800's everyday and time yourself on saturday on an easy run. aim for getting in about 3 miles everyday worth of that kind speed work.rest as long as you like for the first month between sets but make sure you cover the required distance. the next month you start setting a set rest period. i bet after the first week you'll see vast improvement if you put in the work. nothing builds endurance like long sprints.

  4. Oh it was a vtol, has stol capability as well. That's pretty neat, didn't know they had that technology already. Harrier came out around that time too.

  5. Ill try what u said, sprints do build up endurance, buts its been about 3 years since I've gone running so its been difficult. The front if this aircraft looks a lot like the KA-52, weird.

  6. @ArmyAbramsTanker yes the Harrier came out around that time, but with a much simplifier solution. As simple that is still flying. The problem that have the harries, when operating in dirty airfields is that as you can see in any pic, is a gigantic hoover. This can produce some damages on the engine (hot metal spinning, and small particles hitting them is not a good combination).
Nerveless is a fantastic airplane and the only one (ok you have F35, and the Russian http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakovlev_Yak-38) built in quantities.
