Rush Limbaugh is citing US Code Chapter 12 Immigration and Naturalization Act as being the basis for Trump's proposal.
Additionally section V deals with removing Non-Resident Alien Terrorists that slipped into the country undetected.
More to come but this story is about to be turned on its head. Republicans that rushed to condemn Trump are in for a rude awakening.
