Another day and local law enforcement gets another MRAP.
For some reason, the communities involved are simply nodding and accepting these purchases without debate. But you don't buy a tool if you don't intend on using it and these law enforcement depts are getting wrecking balls that WILL be used in the community...regardless of whether or not its appropriate.
